Why this matters

Inflammation is the fire that ages you.

Systemic chronic inflammation drives nearly every major age-related condition — from cardiovascular disease to cognitive decline. iAge® is the first test that measures it directly, so you can act before symptoms appear.

Your Results

A complete picture of your immune age.

Your results aren't a single number — they're a roadmap.

Your iAge® Score

Your inflammatory age vs your chronological age — the single metric that reveals how your body is really aging.

Biomarker Breakdown

A detailed readout of the inflammatory proteins that drive aging — and how yours deviate from your peer median.

Personalized Actions

Concrete interventions — diet, supplementation, lifestyle — calibrated to the biomarkers that matter most for you.

Peer Cohort Comparison

See how your inflammation levels stack up against others in your age bracket and demographic group.

Track Over Time

Retest to see how your interventions are working. The goal isn't a snapshot — it's measurable progress.

Test Insights

Common questions.

What exactly do I learn?
You receive your iAge score (inflammatory age vs chronological age), a detailed breakdown of your biomarkers and their respective concentrations, how your biomarker concentrations deviate from the median of your age bracket, personalized recommendations for optimization and improving your score, and the ability to track changes over time.
Is this diagnostic?
The iAge Test is an informational assessment tool that measures key proteins. It provides insights into your inflammatory status and aging trajectory based on other individuals in your age bracket but should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical advice.
Is it accurate?
Yes. The iAge test uses CLIA-certified laboratory analysis to measure key biomarkers of inflammation and aging. This test has been fully validated and adheres to the stringent regulations enforced by CLIA. Our methodology is based on peer-reviewed research in immunology and longevity science.
Is it painful?
No. The test uses a simple at-home upper arm capillary collection method (similar to a finger prick) that takes about 5 minutes. Most people experience minimal discomfort.
How long does it take?
The collection process takes about 5 minutes at home. After you mail back your sample, results are typically available in as few as two weeks.
How often should I test?
Many people test quarterly (every 3 months) to track changes and the impact of lifestyle modifications. However, the frequency depends on your personal health goals. Our Quarterly Optimization bundle is designed for those who want regular tracking.
