Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of the Self-Collection Kit; we do not accept returns.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. **Due to the sensitive nature of the Self-Collection items; all Self-Collection Kits have an expiration date. We recommend submitting samples within 30 days from delivery date. If a Kit surpasses the expiry date, it is the responsibility of the client to cover the cost of any replacement(s). Also, because of the sterile requirements of the sample collection device and the inability to ensure the Kit has not been compromised after leaving our possession; we do not accept returns nor do we issue refunds on kits that have been shipped. Replacement kits may be issued at our discretion if extenuating circumstances occur**
